LEXINGTON, Ky. — Equity Management Group announced three executive leadership appointments on June 11, promoting Jason J. Taylor to President while welcoming new Chief Operating Officer Lev Orlov and elevating Bret Caller to Chief Executive Officer.

Taylor, who has spent more than 17 years at the commercial real estate firm, will provide executive oversight across all business functions with emphasis on strategic growth and client partnerships. In his previous role as Vice President, Taylor led the majority of the company's acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions. He earned recognition in 2022 as a CoStar Power Broker, the only market broker to receive awards in two categories—Top Sales Broker and Top Retail Leasing Broker in the Lexington/Fayette region.

"I have been fortunate to spend much of my career alongside Steve and Bret Caller—a father-son duo who are relentless in their pursuit of excellence," Taylor said in a statement. "With Lev now joining Equity to help guide our operations, I am confident we have the leadership in place to continue delivering exceptional value to our clients."

Orlov joins the firm to oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvement initiatives and maintain service standards across the managed portfolio. The new COO expressed enthusiasm about returning to Lexington and contributing to the organization's growth.

Caller transitions from his prior role as part of the company's founding partnership to serve as Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic direction for the firm's next chapter. Equity Management Group manages more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout Central Kentucky, including retail, office, industrial and other commercial assets. The firm, founded in the early 1970s, has operated for more than 60 years.
