EverPeak Insurance, a Denver-based workers' compensation specialist, announced on June 16 its official launch in Kentucky, marking the company's expansion to 18 states and broadening its reach into a regional market with significant construction, warehousing, and healthcare sectors.

The coverage is exclusively available through the Attune insurance platform and is designed for small and mid-sized businesses with complex or hard-to-place risks. Backed by Pinnacol Assurance's century-plus of underwriting and claims expertise, EverPeak targets employers in construction, warehousing, healthcare services, retail trade, and food and beverage industries.

The Kentucky launch carries particular significance for brokers operating across state lines. The addition of Kentucky allows agents to quote multi-state coverage across 18 states under a single policy, creating seamless protection for businesses with employees in neighboring states including Tennessee, North Carolina, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Virginia.

"By bringing EverPeak to Kentucky via the Attune platform, we are delivering effortless ease for small and mid-sized businesses—especially those in higher-risk sectors like construction and warehousing," said Kathy Kranz, President of EverPeak. The company offers flexible billing options, including full payment at inception or ten installments with down payments of 10 percent or 25 percent through the Attune digital portal.

EverPeak's Kentucky launch reflects broader momentum in the company's national expansion. Since 2023, the company has reported a 250 percent increase in gross written premium and expanded its broker network to 1,296 agencies. In April 2026, EverPeak rolled out a multi-state feature that allows brokers to bind coverage in approximately 30 seconds through automated digital workflows, addressing a longstanding pain point in workers' compensation administration.
