COVINGTON, Ky. — The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce will recognize four alumni from its flagship leadership programs for their significant contributions to the region during an awards luncheon on Aug. 27.

The 2026 Leadership Alumni Awards Luncheon will honor graduates of Leadership Northern Kentucky and Regional Youth Leadership at Receptions Banquet and Conference Center in Erlanger. The event celebrates the recipients of four awards: The Ruth A. Eger Leader of Distinction Award, The R. Casey Barach Leadership Award for Entrepreneurship, The Leadership Volunteer Impact Award, and The Gary Beatrice RYL Leadership Award.

Nancy Grayson, president and CEO of Horizon Community Foundation, receives the Ruth A. Eger Leader of Distinction Award. Grayson, who graduated from Leadership NKY in 2009, has been recognized for her lifelong contributions to Northern Kentucky. She has served on numerous boards dedicated to improving education, promoting healthy family relationships, and preserving Kentucky's natural resources and history. She currently serves on the Endow Kentucky Commission and the LINK Media Board of Directors, and is a vocalist with Suits that Rock, a group of local business leaders who perform annual benefit concerts.

Tom Prewitt, retired partner at Bricker Graydon Wyatt, receives the R. Casey Barach Leadership Award for Entrepreneurship. Prewitt served as a partner at the firm for 37 years before retiring in December 2025, advising clients on business formation, contract development and deal structuring. As former managing partner, he drove the Bricker Graydon merger in 2023 and championed the Bricker Graydon Wyatt merger in 2026. Prewitt was instrumental in founding Northern Kentucky's original Innovation Network office and chairing the boards of E-Zone and UpTech, regional business accelerators.

Nicole Trimpe, advancement director for St. Vincent de Paul Northern Kentucky, receives the Leadership Volunteer Impact Award. Since joining the organization in April 2025, Trimpe has led fundraising, communications and volunteer engagement efforts. She has remained active with Leadership NKY for more than a decade, serving on the Steering Committee and as co-chair of the economic development session.

Lindsey Eger Armstrong, executive assistant to the CEO at Chemed Corporation, receives the Gary Beatrice RYL Leadership Award. A graduate of Regional Youth Leadership in 1999 and Leadership NKY in 2008, Armstrong has more than a decade of experience supporting CEOs and senior leaders. She volunteers with Operation Give Back, People Working Cooperatively and other community organizations, and serves on the She+ Board supporting women's leadership.

Tickets are $40 per person, with a discounted rate of $35 for chamber members. Tables of ten are available for $400. Registration is available online. Proceeds support scholarships for future participants in the chamber's leadership programs.
