Here's one on the calendar for Wednesday worth knowing about. Parks and Recreation is kicking off their twenty twenty-six West Sixth Beer Garden series with a pop-up at Woodland Park from four to eight p.m.

Wait, they're doing beer gardens in the city parks now? That's kind of a cool twist.

Right? It's free to get in, and it sounds like this is just the first one in what's going to be a whole series throughout the year.

Woodland Park's a good spot for that too. Is this something Parks and Rec came up with, or are they partnering with West Sixth directly?

The city's running it through Parks and Recreation, but yeah, they're clearly tapping into that local brewery vibe that people love.

Smart move. Bringing that beer garden atmosphere to a public park setting.
