• September 18, 2008 — Council Meeting — resolution directing preparation of a Development Plan for the Phoenix Park/Courthouse Development Area; passed 10-5 (Blevins, Blues, Gorton, Gray, James voting no). Pages 5–7.
• December 10, 2013 — Council Meeting — Conditional Restoration Agreement with Centrepointe Vertical, LLC; Fayette Land Co., LLC; Centrepointe Parking Co., LLC; passed 14-0 (Lane absent).
• August 14, 2014 — Council Meeting — resolution requesting KEDFA issue the garage revenue bonds removed from the docket 13-1, the day the state's refusal letter was reported.
• September 16, 2014 — Special Council Meeting — ordinance amending the development-area agreements and resolution authorizing the Kentucky Bond Development Corporation to issue bonds payable from TIF revenue; each passed 15-0. The bonds were never issued.
