11 Kentucky Wildcats set for NBA Summer League debut in Las Vegas
Eleven University of Kentucky basketball players will compete in the 2026 NBA Summer League beginning Thursday in Las Vegas, representing the school across 11 different NBA franchise rosters.
The Summer League runs through July 19, with games played at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the University of Nevada Las Vegas campus. Four Wildcats will take the court on opening day: Jayden Quaintance and the San Antonio Spurs face Jacob Toppin and the Atlanta Hawks, while TyTy Washington and the Orlando Magic play the Charlotte Hornets, and Chris Livingston's Washington Wizards battle the Utah Jazz.
The Kentucky contingent spans multiple teams: Amari Williams (Boston Celtics), Antonio Reeves (Chicago Bulls), Jaxson Robinson (Cleveland Cavaliers), BJ Boston (Milwaukee Bucks), Otega Oweh (Oklahoma City Thunder), Koby Brea (Phoenix Suns), Andrew Carr (Portland Trail Blazers), and Washington (Orlando Magic), joining Quaintance, Toppin and Livingston across the 11-team slate.
All 30 NBA teams will participate in the exhibition event, which features 76 games over the 11-day competition. Each team will play at least five games, with games broadcast across ESPN networks and Prime Video. The Summer League serves as a showcase for top young talent, including rookies from the 2026 NBA Draft and other developing players seeking NBA opportunities.
