A quiet close to Thursday evening across the city. Lexington Fire responded to a couple calls downtown and on North Limestone, but nothing major keeping crews out late.

Clear skies overhead right now with temperatures settling near forty-six degrees. We'll drift down to around forty-three by morning, and it's looking like a dry night ahead.

The overnight hours in Lexington have their own calm rhythm. Street lights casting long shadows, the city breathing a little slower.
