LEXINGTON, Ky. — Trenna Vandergrift, an advanced practice registered nurse at the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, has been recognized as a Hometown Hero by Modern Woodmen of America, an honor that reflects her dedication to public health and patient care in the community.
