LEXINGTON, Ky. — Lexington Humane Society will host its 19th annual Tails & Ales fundraising event on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 7:00–10:00 p.m. at the Hilton Lexington Downtown. The event brings together animal lovers for an evening of drinks, entertainment, and community support for the organization's lifesaving work.

Guests will sample beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages while enjoying food, music, games, and raffles. The event will also feature special appearances by puppies and Lexington Humane Society ambassador dogs. All ticket levels include a commemorative 2026 tasting glass, while VIP ticket holders receive early entry, an exclusive Tails & Ales 2026 t-shirt, and additional perks. VIP table options are available for groups.

Each year, Lexington Humane Society helps more than 4,000 animals find loving homes. Proceeds from the event directly support the care, medical treatment, and enrichment of animals while they await adoption. Founded in 1889 by J. William Sayre, Lexington Humane Society is the largest pet adoption agency in Central Kentucky, advocating for compassionate animal treatment and promoting adoption.
