LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is advising motorists of a scheduled lane closure on KY 713 (Spencer Road) in Montgomery County on Tuesday, April 14, according to KYTC District 7.

The closure will occur near mile point 7.6 beginning around 9 a.m., weather permitting. Work is expected to be completed within approximately four to five hours. The lane closure is necessary for the installation of traffic monitoring equipment in the area.

Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for signage and personnel in the work zone. The closure remains tentative and is subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other unforeseen factors beyond the department's control.
