KYTC to stripe U.S. 60 in Fayette, Clark counties next week
LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will conduct mobile striping operations along U.S. 60 in Fayette and Clark counties from Oct. 5 through Oct. 9, weather permitting, according to a KYTC District 7 press release.
Crews will work in both directions from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day. In Fayette County, striping will occur from mile point 12.6 near Polo Club Boulevard to mile point 19.1 at the Fayette/Clark County line. In Clark County, work will extend from mile point 0.0 at the county line to mile point 4.3 near Caudill Drive.
Motorists should expect possible brief delays while crews are working and are advised to use extra caution in the work zones. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet urges drivers to watch for crews and equipment and to slow down in affected areas.
