Frederick Douglass faced Henry Clay in a battle between two of the state's top teams, with the Broncos winning 1-0. The Broncos' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matchups, as Frederick Douglass has been winning 19 of their last 20 games. Henry Clay moved to 9-2-1 with that loss, ending their five-game winning streak. Elsewhere, Lexington Catholic blanked Lexington Christian Academy 6-0 on the road, and Sayre routed Scott County 8-0 away. Tates Creek fell 0-2 at home to East Jessamine.

Frederick Douglass topped Lexington Catholic 3-1 at home. Bryan Station lost 1-3 at Woodford County, and Lafayette fell 0-3 at Madison Central.
