Sayre's boys soccer team continued its dominance with an 8-2 victory over Francis Parker School of Louisville in a road contest. Sayre's potent offensive attack has become a hallmark of the program this season, as the Spartans remain among the state's most formidable scoring threats.

In boys soccer elsewhere, Bryan Station defeated Highlands High School 2-1 at home, while Henry Clay blanked Woodford County 2-0 in a road match at Falling Springs Complex. Paul Laurence Dunbar edged rival Tates Creek 1-0 on the road. Lafayette fought to a 1-1 tie against St. Henry District High School at home. Lexington Catholic fell 0-1 to Frederick Douglass in a home contest, and Lexington Christian suffered a 2-5 defeat at George Rogers Clark.

On the volleyball court, Frederick Douglass swept Whitley County 3-0 at home.
