LEXINGTON, Ky. — Three Kentucky football players have been recognized with preseason honors by Pro Football Network, as the Wildcats prepare for the upcoming season under first-year head coach Will Stein.

Center Coleton Price earned second-team All-America recognition and preseason first-team All-SEC honors, while defensive back Ty Bryant and defensive lineman Tavion Gadson were named to the preseason All-SEC second team, according to UK Athletics.

Price, a transfer from Baylor, was tabbed as the nation's No. 5 returning center and has earned significant accolades heading into the season. During the 2025 season, the 6-foot-3 lineman started 11 of 12 games while logging 842 snaps, allowing just one sack and seven total pressures on 526 pass-block attempts. Price also earned second-team All-SEC preseason honors from Phil Steele and was named to the Rimington Trophy watch list for the nation's best center.

Bryant, a Lexington native, had a standout junior season in 2025, recording 76 tackles and leading the SEC with four interceptions. The defensive back started all 12 games and was named All-SEC second team for his efforts. He also earned first-team Academic All-American honors and was selected for the SEC Football Leadership Council.

Gadson, named to the Comeback Player of the Year Award watch list last season, appeared in 11 games with one start in 2025. The defensive lineman recorded 28 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks—tied for second-most on the team. He ranks among On3's top 100 returning defensive players nationally.

All three players were named to the watch list for the Shriner's Children's East-West Bowl. Kentucky's football season begins on September 5 at Kroger Field.
