Three University of Kentucky alumni will represent their alma mater at this week's ISCO Championship, a PGA Tour event being held July 9-12 at Hurstbourne Country Club in Louisville. J.B. Holmes, Cooper Musselman and Jansen Preston—all Kentucky natives—will compete for a $4 million purse and 300 FedExCup points.

J.B. Holmes, a five-time PGA Tour winner and two-time Ryder Cup team member, will make his second consecutive appearance at the ISCO Championship. The Campbellsville native has earned more than $25 million in career prize money across more than 350 PGA Tour events. Holmes was named SEC Golfer of the Year after helping Kentucky win the 2005 SEC Championship and placed seventh at the 2005 NCAA Championship, the highest finish ever by a Wildcat. He recently competed in the 2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills.

Musselman, a Louisville native, is in his fifth appearance at the ISCO Championship. His best finish came in 2024 when he tied for 31st at 12-under par. During his college career from 2013 to 2018, Musselman finished with a 72.91 scoring average and won the individual title at the Crooked Stick Intercollegiate during his senior year. He has made seven career PGA Tour starts.

Preston is making his PGA Tour debut after just over a year as a professional. The Lexington native earned his spot in the field by shooting a 64 (-8) in pre-qualifying and a 66 (-6) in Monday's final qualifier before advancing through an eight-for-four playoff. At Kentucky, Preston averaged 72.97 and tallied six top-20 finishes in 21 starts before graduating in 2025.

The tournament will be broadcast on Golf Channel from 4-7 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Tickets are available for the FedExCup event, which features a 132-player field.
