UK Athletics to Take Over SEC Network for 24 Hours Wednesday
The University of Kentucky will take over SEC Network on Wednesday with 24 hours of exclusive Wildcat programming, according to UK Athletics. The network will feature classic games and moments from across Wildcat sports throughout the day.
The SEC Network Takeover is an annual event where each Southeastern Conference school programs 24 hours of the network with classic games, films, original content and school-produced material. Kentucky's takeover day comes as part of a two-week stretch where all 14 SEC schools are featured.
Fans can watch the full day of Wildcat-centric programming on SEC Network and through the ESPN app. The schedule will feature replays of memorable games from across UK's athletic programs, providing Big Blue Nation an opportunity to relive significant victories from recent seasons.
Previous years have featured women's basketball, baseball, women's soccer, men's basketball, gymnastics, softball, volleyball and football contests, showcasing the breadth of Wildcat athletics.
