CINCINNATI, Ohio — Kentucky men's golf carded a combined 4-under par through 36 holes Monday to sit in sixth place after two rounds of the Bearcat Invitational at Coldstream Country Club.

Gabriel Hull posted the day's best round for the Wildcats with a sizzling 6-under par 65 in the afternoon, featuring seven birdies and just one bogey. The round represents the sixth-best 18-hole performance in program history dating to the 2001-02 season and vaulted Hull into red figures at 1-under par total, jumping him 60 spots into a tie for 26th place overall.

Cameron Phillips led Kentucky's team scoring at 3-under par through two rounds. The sophomore recorded consecutive rounds of 69 and 70, including nine birdies on the day, and sits tied for 13th in the field of 96 players. Cole Stockard, riding a streak of five consecutive 1-under par rounds to start the 2026-27 season, shares 18th place at 2-under par after matching Phillips' 70-70 scorecard.

Jacob Settles, competing as an individual for UK this week, also carded 2-under par with rounds of 72 and 68, tying for 18th. The sophomore tallied nine birdies on Monday, matching Phillips for the team lead.

Liberty holds the tournament lead at 14-under par, with Kentucky trailing by 10 shots. The Wildcats sit just two shots off a three-way tie for third place heading into Tuesday's final round.

Gavin Clutts and Jacob Lang completed the scoring lineup, with Clutts posting 5-over par and Lang at 6-over par through 36 holes. The final round begins on Tuesday with a 9 a.m. shotgun start, with Kentucky paired alongside Memphis, Cincinnati and Sam Houston.
