The University of Kentucky men's golf team will compete in the Bearcat Invitational on Sept. 14-15 at Coldstream Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio, according to UK Athletics. The tournament, hosted by the University of Cincinnati, will feature 17 teams competing on the par-71, 7,279-yard course.

The Wildcats are making their eighth appearance at the event, which is being contested for the 12th time. Kentucky finished ninth at last year's invitational and owns one championship at the tournament, which came in 2017.

Kentucky opened its 2026-27 season earlier this month at the Visit Knox Collegiate, where the team placed 15th overall. Sophomore Cole Stockard led the Wildcats with a tie for 13th place, carding three consecutive rounds of 69 (1-under par). The performance marked Stockard's fifth top-20 finish of his college career.

Stockard will anchor this week's lineup for Kentucky, followed by junior Jacob Lang, sophomore Gabriel Hull, junior Gavin Clutts and sophomore Cameron Phillips. Junior Jacob Settles will also compete for the Wildcats, competing as an individual.

Both the first and second rounds will be played continuously on Monday, beginning with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The final round will take place on Tuesday with another 9 a.m. shotgun start. Fans can follow live scoring throughout the tournament.

The field includes 16 other schools, among them Iowa State, Louisville, Minnesota, Nebraska, Tennessee-Chattanooga and TCU.
