LEXINGTON, Ky. — Keeneland has supplemented five yearlings to Book 1 and Book 2 of its September Yearling Sale, which runs Sept. 14-26, according to an announcement from the historic sales company. All horses were consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent.

The openings lots represent a diverse cross-section of bloodlines and pedigree strength. Two colts will enter the ring on opening day, Sept. 14. Hip 182, a colt by Yaupon, is out of the Violence mare Rise Above, a half-sister to Grade 1 winner Twilight Eclipse and Grade 3 winner Grand Contender. Hip 183 is a colt by Uncle Mo from the winning Bernardini mare Positively Royal and is a half-brother to stakes-placed winner Roman Empire, with ties to Group 1 winner Miserden and Grade 1 winner and sire Eddington.

Three additional colts will offer on Sept. 15. Hip 374, another Uncle Mo colt, represents the first foal of Lafertiti, by Pioneerof the Nile, and carries bloodlines of Grade 1 winners Bast and Fault, plus Grade 2 winner Mananan McLir. Hip 375, a colt by Into Mischief, traces to the Grade 3-placed winner Golden Domer and carries heritage to Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird and Grade 1 winners Bolo and Dullahan, with Taylor Made acting as agent for Spendthrift Farm. Hip 376, a colt by Yaupon, is the first foal of the Arrogate mare August Bloom, a half-sister to Grade 2 winner Faypien.

The supplements bring the total catalog to 4,640 horses for the 83rd edition of the world's most important Thoroughbred sale. Last year's sale set records across the board, grossing more than $531.7 million in sales for 3,078 horses, with 56 yearlings reaching the million-dollar mark. Taylor Made was the leading consignor in 2025, selling 333 yearlings for $68.5 million, continuing a dominance that has spanned three decades at Keeneland's signature sale.
